A quick Google search will reveal an astronomical number of massage tools and gadgets for plantar heel pain. So it would be easy to think that if you find the right tool or gadget and use it often enough, you’ll rid yourself of plantar heel pain. If only it were that simple!

Self-massage is a popular treatment option because while it may be uncomfortable at the time, most people feel at least a bit better afterwards. The fact that you can do it yourself whenever you like is also appealing.
